At Kuri Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure the delicate components are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
